I get asked so often how to get a six pack in a week. I would like to tell you that I can give you a list of things to do and one week later, you will have a six pack. However, I am not going to lie to you. That is hardly possible unless you are already in good shape.
What I can do for you is give you tips on how to lower your belly size in a week. And you will be feeling much better, flatter and leaner, for that special event coming in a week.
I wanted to find the answer to this same question many times. However, I came to understand that it took years to be where I was, so how could I expect to get a six pack in a week?
The best I have seen is maybe 3 weeks, but this is not to get ripped, but to simply show some definition. And to get those type of results you should be in a decent shape already.
What you can do in a week is reduce your belly size. You will not be showing ripped abs, but you will feel better and look slimmer.
4 Items to get away with today:
1) Bread: bread just makes your stomach expand. You will not believe what a week without bread can do for you. Can you do that?
2) Beer: there is a reason why they call it a beer belly.
3) Soft drinks – yes, the diet ones too. All soft drinks are loaded with sugar, take them out of your diet now.
4) Chips, Chinese food and any fast food food. All these are loaded with salt. Salt makes you keep the water, and thus making your stomach big.
How to get a six pack in a week is a kind of utopia, but losing belly fat is not.
In 3 days of not having the 4 culprits above, you will feel much better.
I am not sure if you are having a pool party or going to Luau or wedding, but you are wondering how to get a six pack in a week. I know that you sometimes feel trapped and need to get an answer fast. However, to get ripped abs, there is no magic one-week solution.
Also: no donuts, no sandwiches, no bagels, and no tortillas.
Drink plenty of water to renew your system and get rid of toxins.
Do some exercise:
If you have not done much exercise recently, do not go overboard. Just start with a 20 minute walk every day for the next 7 days, which will help you feel good for that special occasion.
